ATU Local 508 is proud to welcome you to the city of Halifax for the ATU Canada Conference.

Halifax is a city with deep roots in the labour movement, for generations, Local 508 members have kept this city moving, fighting for the rights and dignity of transit workers through every challenge this industry has thrown our way. That fight is part of a longer story, one that is written collectively by members like you, from locals across this country, who refuse to accept anything less than fairness and respect on the job.

Our strength has always come from the workers who stood their ground, who organized when it was hard, and who showed up for one another when it mattered most. Because of their effort, and yours, we gather today more united than ever.
