Mike Maguire is the Coordinator of Organizing and Special Projects for the Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL). The OFL represents 54 unions and one million workers in Ontario.

Previously Mike served as Council Co-Ordinator for the Ontario School Board Council of Unions where he supported training and organizing of 55,000 education workers leading up to a province wide strike leading to wage gains and the repealing of Bill 28, a piece of legislation that stripped away the rights of workers to free collective bargaining.

Mike believes in and has witnessed the power of grassroots organizing, power mapping and direct member engagement in building a strong foundation in the labour movement.
